Mike brings more than 35 years of leadership, business ownership, and management experience to Hemingway Manor LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from California State University, Northridge, an Associate of Science in Ethnic Studies from Los Angeles Valley College, and a Residential Care Facility Administrator Certification. His background has developed strong skills in organization, problem-solving, teamwork, safety, and regulatory compliance. As Managing Partner of Murrieta Pacific Properties, Inc., Mike also has extensive experience in financial management, property oversight, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. He leads Hemingway Manor with professionalism, compassion, safety, and accountability.
